Follow the 3 steps below to join the PTA. From start to finish, the process should take less than 15 minutes. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at ptacollier@gmail.com

STEP ONE: Choose your membership tier! 

We currently offer 2 levels of membership:

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP: yearly cost of $10, includes membership for 1 adult for the 2025-2026 school year. 

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP: yearly cost of $15, includes membership for 2 adults for the 2025-2026 school year. 

 

note: if cost is prohibitive, we would still love to have you. There is a very brief additional form we ask you to fill out for bookkeeping purposes (see the second link in step 3). 

STEP TWO: Fill out the form! 

 CLICK HERE and fill out our form to become a member for the 2025-2026 school year!

Alternatively, you can pick up a short paper form in the front office during school hours to fill out. 

STEP 3: PAY

Once you've filled out the form electronically OR in the office, the last step is to submit your membership payment for the year! This can be completed one of a few different ways: 

1. CLICK HERE to pay online via our PayPal giving fund. 

2. Submit cash or check (made out to Collier PTA) to the front office during school hours. (Please make sure to include your name with payment). 

3. IF cost is prohibitive, please fill out the short form at the following link ( https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScPSOEL1sFBwUPK3pr9DFFCEj4QqXY6xVS5Iep5B-fb_y_iTw/viewform?usp=sharing&ouid=106847871928949365847 ) to finalize your membership. 

That's it! If you've opted in, you will now receive emails from us notifying you of upcoming PTA meetings/ events, volunteer opportunities, and other essential communications.
