What's Happening with the PTA?

Savers Fundraiser 

Clean out your closets and support Collier Elementary PTA!

We are partnering with Savers for a Spring Cleaning Fundraiser to raise funds that directly support our students, teachers, and school programs. Donate gently used items and help our school while clearing out things you no longer need.

Donation Dates

Family Donation Window: March 30 – May 15

Community Collection Days (Fridays before school, 7:40–8:10 AM):

  • April 10
  • April 17
  • April 24
  • May 1
  • May 8
  • May 15

Students may bring donations anytime during the collection window or drop them off on Friday mornings.

What We Are Collecting

Clothing & Accessories – clothes, coats, shoes, handbags, belts, backpacks, and accessories
Household Textiles – bedding, blankets, sheets, towels, curtains, tablecloths
Small Household Goods – kitchen items, home decor, toys, games, small electronics
Books & Media – paperback and hardcover books (media must be boxed separately)

Please no encyclopedias or textbooks.

Cougar Family Fun Night + PTA Meeting 4/24

Join us for a fun and free evening at Collier Elementary! Families are invited to come enjoy a family-friendly movie, play board games together, participate in coloring and activity stations, and take pictures at our Cougar-themed photo area. Concessions will be available for purchase, and all Collier families — including prospective students — are welcome to attend.

Bring a blanket or chairs, relax with your family, and enjoy a night of community, fun, and Cougar pride. We look forward to seeing you there!

 

 

Jog-a-thon- March 11 

The Collier Elementary School PTA Jog-A-Thon will take place Wednesday, March 11 at 10:00 AM, bringing together students, staff, and families for a fun, healthy event that raises critical funds for our school. Every student participates, and all donations directly support classroom supplies, learning opportunities, community events, and campus improvements. Supporters can contribute with flat or per-lap pledges, cash/check, or online through our Givebacks page. Volunteers and donations of water or healthy snacks are also welcome as we work toward our $3,000 goal to benefit the Collier community.
